Tonights class (Monday 16th) will be the last until the new year. This is for both the Daventry and Kettering class. Have a good rest and see you in January... refreshed and ready to go! :-)

Bak Mei...

I've been working on my Bai Mei (Bak Mei) recently. I go through phases of focusing on just one or two of the styles that are taught at our school. I came across a clip on the internet of Jiu Bu Tui (Gou Bu Toi) that I think is performed really well.
