Focusing on...

a lot of Hong Jia (Hung Gar) and Cai Li Fo (Choy Lay Fut) recently. I like the power based styles just as much as the more intricate and sneaky Long Xing and Bai Mei. Having a good strong foundation and learning to use your body weight I think will help improve how I use the short hand styles. But what do I know.

New training times!

The Daventry Green Dragon Kung Fu class will have a new training time starting in December:

Monday Nights
7pm - 9pm
Nene Hall
Daventry

This means more training time and access to weapons and training equipment.

Sunday class will remain the same time as usual.
